We want you to be happy with your purchase from Markevosale. If you are not satisfied, you can return most items within 30 days, and return shipping is free.
Return window
You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return. Returns are accepted from customers in the United States, the same area we ship to.
Return shipping is free
We cover the cost of return shipping on all eligible returns. After your return is approved, we email you a prepaid return shipping label. For items that were delivered by freight, we schedule a freight pickup from your address at no cost to you. There is no restocking fee.
Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- New, unused and not installed (not connected to gas, water, venting or electrical supply);
- In its original packaging with all parts, manuals and accessories included;
- Free from damage caused after delivery.
For safety reasons, gas appliances that have been installed, connected or fired cannot be resold, so they can only be returned if they are defective (see below). These conditions do not apply to items that arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your item arrives damaged, is defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will send a free replacement or give you a full refund, including any costs, and we pay all return shipping. Products may also be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty; we are happy to help you with a warranty claim.
How to start a return
- Email contact@markevosale.com or call +1 916-488-9100 with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
- We reply within 1 business day with your return authorization and a prepaid return label (or a freight pickup appointment).
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and attach the label, or have it ready for the freight pickup.
Please do not send items back without a return authorization, so we can match your return to your order quickly.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued within 5 business days to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few more days for the credit to appear. Original shipping was free, so nothing is deducted for shipping.
Exchanges
If you ordered the wrong model or fuel type (for example natural gas instead of propane), contact us. We can exchange it for the correct item as long as it meets the return conditions above, and the return shipping is free.
Order cancellations
You can cancel your order at no charge before it ships. Contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already shipped, simply follow the return process above.
