Accepted payment methods
The payment methods available for your order are shown on the checkout page before you pay. All online payments are handled by secure, PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment processors. We never see or store your full card number.
Currency and prices
All prices are listed and charged in U.S. dollars (USD). The price you see on the product page is the price you pay for the item. Shipping is free on every order, and there are no hidden fees or surcharges added at checkout.
Sales tax
Where required by law, sales tax is calculated based on your shipping address and shown as a separate line at checkout before you complete your order.
When you are charged
Your payment method is charged when you place your order. You will receive an order confirmation email with a full breakdown of the items, price, tax (if any) and the total amount charged.
Payment security
- Our entire website is protected with SSL/TLS encryption (HTTPS).
- Card details are entered on and processed by our payment processor’s secure systems.
- Orders may be reviewed by automated fraud checks. If we need to verify an order, we will contact you by email or phone before shipping.
Declined payments
If your payment is declined, your order will not be placed. Please check your card details and billing address, or contact your bank. You can also try another payment method shown at checkout.
Billing address
Your billing address must match the address on file with your card issuer. For high-value or freight orders, we may ask you to confirm your details before we ship, to protect you against fraud.
Refunds
Refunds are always issued to the original payment method, as described in our Refund and Returns Policy.
