Cancelling before your order ships
You can cancel your order free of charge at any time before it ships. Contact us as soon as possible by email at contact@markevosale.com or by phone at +1 916-488-9100 with your order number. Because most orders are processed within 0–1 business day, contacting us quickly gives you the best chance to cancel before shipment.
Once your cancellation is confirmed, we issue a full refund to your original payment method within 2 business days. Your bank may take a few additional days to show the credit.
After your order has shipped
If your order has already shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but you can return it under our Refund and Returns Policy: 30 days from delivery, with free return shipping and no restocking fee.
Freight orders
If a freight order is already on its way, contact us. We will either have the carrier return it to us or arrange a free freight pickup after delivery, and refund you in full.
Cancellations by Markevosale
We may cancel an order if an item becomes unavailable, if there was an obvious pricing or listing error, if we cannot verify payment, or if we cannot deliver to the shipping address. If we cancel your order, we notify you by email and refund the full amount to your original payment method.
Changing an order
Need a different model, fuel type (natural gas or propane) or shipping address? Contact us before the order ships and we will update it at no cost.
