Which currency are your prices in?
All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD). Sales tax, where applicable, is shown at checkout before you pay.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, free of charge before your order ships. Email contact@markevosale.com or call +1 916-488-9100 as soon as possible.
Do you offer pricing for contractors or larger orders?
Yes. For multiple units or project quotes, contact us with the model numbers and quantities.
Shipping
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 0–1 business day and delivered in an estimated 3–5 business days in total. See our Shipping Policy.
Where do you ship?
We ship within the contiguous United States (48 states). We do not ship internationally.
How are large items delivered?
Heavy items ship by freight with curbside delivery. The carrier calls you to schedule a delivery appointment.
Returns
What is your return policy?
You can return unused, uninstalled items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is free and there is no restocking fee. See our Refund and Returns Policy.
When will I get my refund?
Within 5 business days after we receive and inspect your return, to your original payment method.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We send a free replacement or a full refund.
Products
Natural gas or propane: how do I choose?
Choose the model that matches the fuel supplied to your home. Model numbers ending in “N” are usually natural gas and “P” propane (liquid propane). If in doubt, contact us with the model number before ordering.
Indoor or outdoor tankless water heater?
Indoor models (an “i” in the model number) need venting to the outside. Outdoor models (an “e”) mount on an exterior wall and need no venting. Your installer can tell you which fits your home best.
Do I need a professional installer?
Yes. Gas appliances must be installed by a licensed professional following local codes. Professional installation is also usually required to keep the manufacturer’s warranty valid.
Are products covered by a warranty?
Products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty where applicable, under the manufacturer’s terms. We are happy to help with any warranty question.
